1. Overview
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between dahabi.ma (the “Seller”) and any individual or company placing an order on the site (the “Customer”).
By placing an order, the Customer confirms acceptance of these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
All products shown on the site are available for sale, subject to stock. Each item includes a detailed description.
3. Orders
Each order is confirmed by a summary email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a previous dispute with the Customer. The cost of calling us by phone is borne by the customer. Our phone numbers are charged at the normal local rate.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), including all taxes. Prices may change at any time, but the applied price remains the one at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment can be made upon delivery (at the time of receipt) or by bank transfer. These options are ideal for faster order processing or for sending a gift with ease.
6. Delivery
Shipping is always free. Delivery times are detailed on this page. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
7. Returns
The Customer has 7 days to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.
8. Personal Data
Customer data is used exclusively for order processing and communication. It is never shared with third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be sought first.
