Withdrawal period
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product and obtain a refund. Returned products must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It is necessary to contact us beforehand by email at [email protected] or through our contact page so that our team can arrange collection or provide you with the necessary instructions to return the product via the Amana postal service.
Exclusions for hygiene reasons
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, products that have been opened after delivery cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal or refund.
Refund terms
If the above conditions are met, Dahabi will refund the Buyer the total amount paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within 3 days following the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.
However, Dahabi reserves the right to defer the refund until the actual recovery of the Product(s). The initial delivery costs are included in the refund, except for return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
