Harvested by foragers from flowers, bee pollen appears as small golden pollen grains sometimes called pollen seed. A natural source of plant proteins, amino acids, fiber, B-group vitamins and antioxidants, it fits easily into everyday routines. Gentle, lightly honeyed flavor typical of our Moroccan terroirs.

When to take bee pollen?
- Morning: ideal on an empty stomach or with breakfast.

How to consume it
- Quantity: start with 1 tsp (5 g) per day, up to 2 tsp according to your tolerance.
- On its own: let it melt in the mouth to enjoy the full aroma.
- With honey: mix the pollen grains into a spoon of honey to soften the taste.
- Cold uses: yogurt, smoothies, fruit salads or granola. Avoid boiling water.
Storage
Keep tightly closed, in a dry place away from heat and light. For extra freshness, refrigerate the opened pouch. If using fresh pollen, store it frozen and take the daily portion.
