Description
Thistle grows in the meadows of Morocco, along field edges, where nothing is sown. The bees find plenty of nectar there, and the honey that comes out is pale and mild, with a discreet vegetal note.
The honey stays 100% pure, raw and unpasteurised. It crystallises finely over time, which is normal and says nothing about its quality.
How to use thistle honey
This is the everyday honey: by the spoon, in yoghurt, on toast, in an infusion. Its mildness crushes nothing, it accompanies.
Available in 1 kg and 500 g. Store away from light and humidity. Do not give honey to children under 12 months.
Benefits of thistle honey
